Real natural oak smoked BBQ has a pinkish to red color.
If you are not accustomed to this color, then your are not accustomed to real oak smoked BBQ. We smoke all of our meat fresh daily in our smokehouse. The meat is smoked slowly throughout the night to ensure juicy, tender meat, right off the pit. Then, it is hand-cut to assure you the finest quality.
